Positioning function: Inspecting entire surface of the object while it is rotating.
Six angles detection: Setting six different standard detection image of the complicated shaped object. Operator is able to change the size of inspection area to match the inspection object.
Auto detection area setting: The inspection area automatically follows the object position and locate it, X-direction and Y-direction, on any rotate angles. Also real-time operation eliminates irregular illumination or shading.
Detecting different kinds of defects, foreign objects, scratch, and fish-eye, at the same time in the same optical setting by using six angles pattern matching.
AYA-40VMS using auto correct function for rotate direction; the gap, up to angle of +-R, of object won't affect the inspection result.
