Amoeba Processing (optional):
This AI creates an inspection area automatically in real-time by learning the characteristics of a non-defective product and switching through four different parameters automatically. Amoeba Processing automates the extremely difficult inspection of products that have minute individual differences or when they have complex geometries.
Ten Angle Detection:
The system can set ten different standard detection images of a complicated shaped inspection item. The operator is able to set different inspection parameters for each image and change the size of the inspection area.
MIL-21 real-time operation eliminates irregular illumination, shading and emphasizes the defect part of image automatically. The detection speed is 16.7msec.

b. Special filtered image
This MIL original algorithm only emphasizes the defective part and eliminates lighting unevenness and noise, caused by surface unevenness, to have threshold.

b. General detection
White part: detected as the defective part, but the edge of powder is also detected therefore this inspection needs to set an blind sector.
 
c. MIL-21 detection image
MIL-21 detects only defective part and it's also has alignment process. This inspection doesn't need to set blind sector.
